    Hi Ellie,
Just want to let you know that I read all your blogs. I am a student at M-TEC and am about halfway through, so I’m getting excited about actually working. I’m always interested to see how others do it with kids, since I have 2 also.
Thanks for taking the time to post!

Thanks Melanie! That’s great that you are about halfway through. That must feel great. When do you hope to be done? How old are your kids?

    Thanks for the note!

I am considering taking becoming a medical transcriptionist and have been reading about education, need, etc. What I would really like to do is talk to someone actually in the field and ask a few questions.

Let me know if you have the time to talk. My company — a newspaper — is having buyouts and layoffs because the newspaper industry is suffering, and I am considering other options than writing.

Terry, sure I have time to talk, I will email you!

I am completely new to the “blog” world and have never felt compelled to comment thus far to some of the interesting sites that I enjoy visiting. However, I must tell you how much I appreciate your blog and your journey into MT. Your insights and experiences continue to smooth my journey!

I am beginning the audio portion of my Career Step training and am looking forward to keeping up with your journey. Just wanted to say thanks so much for all of the great information! Sharon
